Tis the Season
Ooooohhhh, right. I know. I love it too. The dies are from Whimsy, the paper from Stampin Up and the embossing folder from Sizzix. I mega love this paper and wish I had bought MORE of it.

Big Christmas Card
This card was ubber fun to make. I always love making cards with fun folds and different designs. This card is a whopping 6x6 card which is large for me but that's the size I needed to work with to do http://frommycraftroom.blogspot.ca/2013/02/template-for-4-step-card-6-x-6.html
The front of the card I used memory box dies and nesties and an embossing folder, layered with stampin up paper.
I hope you liked this card too,
Nicole G

The inside... I love! I love the steps and the tree die and the splashing of Christmas colors!

Simple Elegant Xmas
Good morning my peeps. Here is the beginning of my Christmas cards. I try to do some simpler cards for some of my family and friends and then some fancier cards for those who I know truly appreciate homemade cards.
The stamp is from Stampin up and the dies are from Memory Box. I highly recommend checking them out. So many awesome dies!!
Hope you like today's card

Simple XMas Design #2
Here is another simple Christmas card. But isn't this just awesome. I love this Sizzix embossing folder (textured snowflakes). The stamp is from the stampin up set called Lovely as a Tree. It is hands down Stampin Up's best stamp set. Then I added some stickles for some extra pizazz.
Hope you have enjoyed today's card,

MO Christmas Cards
Helllloooo people. I am excited to show a few more cards today. I have three cards and including one inside picture. But first here's this years Christmas tree. This year we did a new theme of blue and silvers. It's sooooo pretty!!
But enough ooooing and ahhhhing at the tree and back to business we are here for.... CARDS!!
All of the cards below use the same Joy Fold type of technique which could be located here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8u_RnvolcZc
I hope you can see the gold reindeer well enough. It's hard to get a good picture.
In the spirit of my family's current theme of "use things up year" I added these little stocking embellishments.
This one is my favorite of the three. I love most of Stampin up Paper, but I LURVE this one. The velvet flourish ribbon HAS self adhesive, but doesn't work well so I did have to add more glue. But I still love them.
Thanks for stopping in,
Nicole G

More Christmas Cards
Here are some more cards from the workshops I recently did. These are more simple, but perfect mass production or for those people who may need the most fanciest of your handiwork. Let's face it, not everyone understands handmade cards.
I love the color scheme for these cards. All of this product was via Stampin UP. This is basically just layering, adding some snowflakes, bling and sentiments.
It's hard to tell here, but the white paper below has a shimmer to it (and is really quite pretty).

Elegant Pointcettia Christmas Card
Here is another card from the workshops I did a couple of weeks ago. This is one of my favorites and not too complicated so it's easy to duplicate for many xmas cards.
All products are by Stampin up including the very pretty snowflaky bling in the center of the poinsettia.
You stamp an image on velum with versa mark, pick your embossing powder color, cut it out and voila, dimensional poinsettia!!

Santa Baby
Hellllloooo everyone. Recently I joined a card class to get a jump on my xmas cards. I'll be showcasing them in the next few weeks. All the product shown is by Stampin Up. We tried it with a couple of different ribbons for different looks.
I really like the old vintage color scheme we used on this one. And who doesn't love dazzling diamonds!

Christmas Card Challenge
Today's Challenge at http://trimmiescraftchallenge.blogspot.ca/ is Christmas Card in June. I love these super cute images from Bugaboo . This one is called Ava and Deacon Merry Christmas Sign. Bugaboo is offering 7 digis of choice from their site for winner number one!!
In this card I used Copics to color the images. I used LOTS of clear applique cause I used it on all the letters and the red on the candy cane. I used my fun snow pen for snow! First time I've used it, LOVE it. The awesome ornament border is a Memory Box die cut which I naturally blinged up! I also blinged up the Christmas tree and the bells. The santa hats were flocked with white flocking.
Isn't this just awesome! I just my smallest circle nestabilities to create backgrounds on the circle ornaments.
I hope you will join us at http://trimmiescraftchallenge.blogspot.ca/ this week!

Cute Turtle?
Yes, it turns out you can have a cute turtle. I decided to use Whismy's Christmas Turtle image for this week's Anything Goes as long as it's festive challenge at Whimsy. I used Stampin up Design paper and fun pointsetta's from my stash. For the first time, I have also used these beautiful pretty glittery pearls. The image and it's background were cut out with nestabilities.
Thanks for checking out my creation today and hope you go off making something fun too.

Santa's Puppy!
Isn't this just the cutest christmas puppy? I used Whismy's Santa's Puppy image for this card for this week's Traditional Colors Challenge at Whismy. I also used my new Memory Box dies for the vines. I am just loving Memory Box dies! I embossed the bottom section and lightly brushed over it with Lady Bug red for it to pop. I also glossed over cute puppy's eyes and flocked the white on the Christmas hat.
Happy coloring today everyone!!

Sparkly!
Hello everyone! I made this card for this week's whimsy challenge. It's called all things sparkly! Is it sparkly enough? LOL.
I used my brand new memory box icicle die for the borders, snowflake punches for the words, spellbinders nesties for the background and of course I used Whimsy's Frosty Friends for the image!
I hope you've enjoyed today's snowy and glittery card!
