I wanted to make up a special card for my co-worker. She is an absolute sweet heart so I wanted something really pretty and girly. I certainly hope that this will fit the bill and that she loves it. Bella is colored with copics and added a little bit of sparkle here and there. I added blue bling and a pearl from my stash. The beautiful ribbon is from Stampin Up. I used one of my favorite new Spellbinder's Gold Elements die.
